How to start training

There are monsters all over Duckscape, find an appropriate one for your level and start killing it, if you don’t want to find them just click on the tele which says “teles you somewhere” and click on the Summ.Dun. there r level monsters with low def over there and plenty to train upon. When you feel you are powerful enough to kill level 40s then tele to varrok and kill the white knights and then move on more powerful monsters. Have fun!

I'd say kill chickens and sell there feathers till your loaded with cash, then head to the summoning area. When you get higher level's in summoning, it gives you lots of xp to kill the things you summond.
