What you need?
1.Profit, 500k would be enough for start.
How hard is it to get 99?

Open your mage tab and go to yanille
Go talk with dommik, also make sure you have a lil profit, 500k for start would be enough.
Go to shop, buy chisel and uncut sapphires, train your crafting to level 40 on them.(uncuts 2k ea, amulets about 3,2k ea)
level 40 to level 60 do on emeralds
level 60 to level 70 do on rubies
level 70 to level 75 do on diamonds
level 75 to level 99 do on dragonstones
Also, sell gems from level 1 to 75 to general store (herquin) but amulet of glories(made of dragonstones) to Vannaka.
He is located at Mort'on and Seers.
Note: If you sell glories to Herquin he will play much less than Vannaka will.
