What you need?
1. woodcutting axe
How hard is it?

Good place to start is at edgeville.
(you can get there by PK teleport)
Cut the tree outside the bank till level 15.
Dont drop the logs, you will need them later.
Go to level 1 wilderness and cut oak till level 30.
Now, go behind bank, to riverside and cut
the willow tree till level 45 woodcutting.
After this, go to sheers village.
If you have problems finding it, ask help from others.
Woodcut maples till 60 woodcutting.
Now you can choose, do you want to go back to edgeville or continue
at seers. There is yew south of bank of seers village.
Edgeville yews are marked on minimap.
After you have reached level 75 woodcutting,
Go to home and woodcut the magic tree.
Woodcut mage tree till 99 woodcutting

2. tinderbox
How hard is it to get 99?

I think this doesnt need much explaining...
Use tinderbox on logs you have cutted.
level 1 - normal logs
level 15 - oak logs
level 30 - willow logs
level 45 - maple logs
level 60 - yew logs
level 75 - magic logs

What you need?
a)making arrows
1. normal logs
2. feathers
3. arrow heads(from range shop salesman)
4. knife
b)making bows
1. logs of any type you can use
2. knife
How hard is it to get 99?
7/10
a)Making arrows
Use knife on normal logs to make arrow shafts.
This gives fletching xp. You get 15 arrow shafts
per log.
Use feathers on arrow shafts (you need at least 15
of both of them)
This part don't give xp.
Now, use arrow heads on headless arrows and your arrows
aredone.
b)Making bows
Use knife on any type of logs that you can use and choose
the bow you want to make.
Trade with Brian and buy wool.
Use the wool on the spinning wheel next to him.
(click on wool and then on spinning wheel)
Use string on unstrung bow.
